I had a fantastic experience with one stop company! The dispatcher was incredibly friendly and accommodating when I was scheduling the appointment. The technician arrived within the agreed time frame and efficiently diagnosed the issue with my sub zero refrigerator He also fixed everything professionally, I highly recommend their services!

While we didn't end up getting a diagnostic or repair, there is something to be said about their superior communication and willingness to work with the customer's timeline. I was able to call the technician assigned to us last minute and cancel our appointment which was helpful as our needs changed unexpectedly.

I have called the On Stop App Repair 3 Xs. Each service call the tech was prompt - polite- and cost was reasonable. The 3rd time I called the part became faulty within days and the Tech responded back immediately-fixed the issue and parts at no cost. I will be calling on this company for years to come. Called to repair our dishwasher. They came to my home promptly and informed me of a service fee to come out to diagnose the problem. No problem, the service fee applies to the labor costs of repair. The problem was identified and, although they needed to come back twice with parts, the dishwasher is fixed! The technician was a bit stumped by the problem but he persevered after calling the manufacturer. I appreciate the extra time and consideration and saving me the time and money of buying a new dishwasher.

Dishwasher Miele Moe arrived in a timely manner. He was polite, respectful and knew immediately how to effect the repair. Since this is not a common appliance, I had suspected that he had done his homework before he had arrived.
